PAYMENT
The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in
the form of cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the
bid price to all personal property to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 6% will be charged on
the contract price of the 1999 41’ Morgan Charter Boat. Additional 1% on first $5,000.00.

DEFAULT
Any purchaser(s) who have not settled their invoices by 5:00 PM on March 6, 2025 will
be consider in default. The defaulted winning bidder will be charged an administrative fee of
$1,000.00 on the credit card provided at auction registration. All administrative fees are nonrefundable. Additional default remedies are reserved by the Seller & Rowell Auctions, Inc. Also,
upon default the bidder’s bidding privileges will be revoked on all future Rowell Auctions, Inc.
auctions as well as other MarkNet auctions.
Possession of the 1999 41’ Morgan and Federal Fisheries Permits will be granted upon final
payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BIDDING INFORMATION
Maximum Bid Option: When placing a maximum bid (max bid), the current bid price will not
automatically reflect your max bid. Another bidder must place a bid to increase the current price,
and the bidding system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your max bid in the
increments specified.
If you place a bid in error, please contact Rowell Auctions, Inc., at (229) 985-8388 immediately
so that our team may assist in correcting the error. Errors in bidding not immediately reported to
Rowell Auctions, Inc., will be considered a valid bid and the winning bid shall stand, and
payment will be required from the winning bidder.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events. Auction bid
close time is subject to automatic extend feature, which may extend past the scheduled end time.
Extended Bidding Example: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto-extend
feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the
entire auction for an additional 5 minutes. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 4:00 p.m.
receives a bid at 3:59 p.m., the close time of the entire auction automatically extends to 4:05 p.m.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the
final sales price.

BOAT OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
The 1999 41’ Morgan will be transferred by A Certificate of Documentation (CG-1258) and a
Notarized Coast Guard Bill of Sale (CG-1340). The Certificate of Documentation (CG-1258)
transfer application will be submitted by the Buyer/New Managing Owner(s). A current
Certificate of Documentation is not required for ownership transfer processing. The Notarized
Coast Guard Bill of Sale (CG-1340) must be provided for transfer completion. Buyers will
submit the transfer applications and payments prior to obtaining the notarized bill of sale. The
notarized document can be uploaded at a later date through the designated portal.

All transfer documentation must be complete and accurate. Any missing or incorrect information
will delay the transfer process. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring all submitted
documentation meets Coast Guard requirements.
FEDERAL FISHERIES PERMITS OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS
The Buyer will complete a NOAA Commercial Fishery Transfer Application. The transfer
application must be submitted through the Southeast Fisheries Permit System.
Required Documentation for the NOAA Commercial Fishery Transfer Application: Original
fishing permits (mailed to Permits Office), Notarized signatures from Buyer and Seller on
original permit, Valid state registration, Coast Guard documentation, Birth/death certificates (if
applicable), Court records (if applicable), Notarized affidavit (for lost permits)
Federal Fisheries Permits Transfer Process

4. Mail original permits to NOAA Permits Office
Applications missing required documentation or original permits will not be processed. The
Permits Office will only issue new permits upon receipt of all required materials and payment.

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and
privileges of any bidder at any time when deemed by Rowell Auctions, Inc. not to be in the best
interest of the seller.
