Maximum weight is 7,500 lbs.  The slip can accommodate a 24’ vessel along with a T-Top or Bimini Top of approximately 9’ high.  The maintenance fees are paid quarterly and cost $624.00 per quarter.  

This slip is currently enrolled in the Ocean Isle Marina rental program.  The new owner can keep the tenant in place or ask the Marina to move the tenant to another location.

This superb boat slip will be delivered to the new owner free and clear of any liens and encumbrances.
