TERMS FOR EQUIPMENT AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $10,000.00
Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium: $1,000.00
Sales Tax: 7% $770.00
Total Sales Price: $11,770.00
Personal Property Purchase Retrieval: All items are available for retrieval at the close of auction.

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to use Lot 470 (Massey Ferguson Tractor 4230) for load out purposes. This item will be available for pick up Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 5:00pm.
Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
