All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.

Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions are timed events and subject to extended bidding due to bidding activity. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
Example: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions have a “Dynamic Close” auto extend feature. Once the bidding reaches 5 minutes before the scheduled bid closing, the “Rowell Dynamic Close” will begin. Upon receiving the first bid with under 5 minutes remaining, the bid closing will have an additional 5 minutes added. At that point the countdown continues. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 4:30 p.m. receives a bid at 3:26 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 4:35 p.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on the entire bidding group of properties within the 5 minute time frame.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example: Bid Price: $10,000.00 Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium: $1,000.00 Sales Tax: 7% $770.00 Total Sales Price: $11,770.00
Personal Property Purchase Retrieval: All items are available for retrieval as follows:

Retrieval Times: Friday July 18, 2014 from 1:00pm-5:00pm
ALL personal property must be removed from the building during this time. Any purchaser needing additional time to remove personal property MUST make arrangements with the Auctioneers prior to bidding, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping: Items are available for retrieval as listed above. If a purchaser wishes to have items shipped, all packing and shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s expense. (Onsite retrieval encouraged)
In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
Software and Server Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rowell Auctions, Inc., reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor Rowell Auctions, Inc. WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications are sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Rowell Auctions, Inc.
